Mike Anderson / PayNorthwest

Mike Anderson is the Founder and CEO of PayNorthwest – a Human Capital Management software and services firm focused on helping small and mid-size organizations more effectively manage their workforce. Over Mr. Anderson’s 25 year career he has worked both the system and the human side of organizations, both as an owner and as an employee. He has spent time designing large enterprise systems as a Consultant with Accenture, deploying and configuring human capital management systems in small and mid-size organizations, and running small health care and financial services companies. Mike sat on Kronos/saashr Partner Advisory Board where he participated in the shaping and future development decisions for Kronos’ cloud workforce management platform.

In addition, Mike recently completed nine years of service on the Board of Kindering, a birth to three neurodevelopmental center and is currently the Treasurer of the Board of Trustees for the Northwest School, a 6-12 independent school in Seattle.

Mr. Anderson has been an active early stage investor over two decades and is currently an early stage investor in several startups including a construction lending startup, utility scale solar energy provider,  and a cloud services solutions provider in the benefits space.

He is a Palmer Scholar from the Wharton School of Business where he was the recipient of the Fishman-Davidson Award for Study of the Service Sector and holds degrees in both Psychology and Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.
