Alaska Air Group Inc. CEO Brad Tilden has sold his family’s condominium in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood for $2.4 million, public records show.

The sale of the penthouse residence in the 38-unit Harvard & Highland development in the historic Belmont district of North Capitol Hill closed Nov. 2.

Tilden and his wife, Danielle, listed the property after buying a new home in West Seattle for $1.54 million in June, public records show.

Through an Alaska spokesman, Tilden declined to comment…
