Boeing (NYSE: BA) won the race over rival Airbus for new business at the Paris Air Show, thanks in a big part to rolling out its new model of the Boeing 737 commercial passenger jet.

Boeing came away from the Paris Air show with 147 net new orders and commitments for the 737 MAX 10, which Boeing rolled out at this week’s air show. Boeing also scored 214 conversions to the MAX 10 from other models.
